CRIC domestic property leading index
The market index represents the value of a group of potential publicly traded companies and is used to measure market performance. Our China Real Estate Index is designed to track the overall performance of the mainland real estate developers listed on the Hong Kong Exchange in the Top 100 list of China Real Estate Enterprises' sales. The components of index are selected from the list by multiple rigorous indicators to prepare an index.

CRIC China Real Estate Bond Leadership Index
The CRIC China Property Bond Leading Index focuses on measuring the performance of US dollar debt issued by Chinese real estate developers. The index is based on the FTSE China Dollar Bond Index and the Top 100 list of the China Real Estate Top 500 list issued by the China Housing Association, and was jointly designed by CRIC and FTSE Russell.
